The Hinterland Way...

Some call it the road less traveled or maybe its an uphill climb. I look at it as a journey that I set out on years ago. Similiar to paddling a long stretch of river through the Wisconsin wilderness, were never really sure whats around the next bend. Its been my mission to deliver only the best to those who have graced us with their patronage. In essence, Hinterland is a craft brewery hell bent on perfection and a couple of restaurants delivering a wild harvest to your plate. We hang our hat on preparing tasty, locally-raised food along side an artisanally-made beer from our brewery. Cheers!
